My Name is Michelle Alsop. I am the advice and information worker for Surestart Millmead. My role is to provide assistance to parents. I can help complete forms and explain what benefits you may be entitled to, give advice on going back to work, how much tax credits you could be entitled to, advice on how to deal with debt, help with disability living allowance claims and advice on housing issues.
I'm based at Surestart on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday with appointments available from 9 till 3pm.I can visit people in their own home, or at the centre.
